A Guide to Karate




This training is designed for beginner students. It is a COMPLETE workout. I made sure I conserved it from my old training with Sensei Fusei Kise and O’ Sensei Hohan Sōken (祖堅 方範). It features how to punch correctly, shows kicks and blocks, and ends with Pinon_1 & Pinon_2 Matsumura Katas. 

  • A Kata is Ancient fighting moves placed together for remembrance value. In Martial Arts, a kata is equivalent to shadow-boxing in boxing.
